The requirement of kaffaarah (If one is unable to fast 60 consecutive fasts) is to feed 60 people 2 meals

Kaffaarah is a penalty to be undertaken as 60 consecutive fasts for deliberately breaking 1 or more fasts during the month of Ramadan.

Please consult your local 'Aalim according to madh-hab on when kaffaarah becomes mandatory.
